Be reassured with a WMS Comprehensive Warranty
We can’t promise nothing will go wrong with your purchase. We will however pledge do our best to ensure you receive the best service and care should a problem occur. In order to facilitate this we are pleased to be working in partnership with Warranty Management Services, with whom we supply our cars with a 3month WMS inclusive warranty*. You can speak to us directly should you want and more often than not even speak to the professional who sold you the car. Our Service department will be happy to take time to explain any fix both before and after the repair.
The claim process couldn’t be simpler. Give us a call and explain your problem and we organize a solution! Frequently we are able to mend your car while you wait as your car will always be prioritized. Moreover, we strive to minimize any inconvenience to you, and therefore subject to availability will lend you a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. We always explain fully and in non technical language the terms of the warranty, so you know your protected.
After the initial Warranty cover has expired, we can offer to extend your Warranty Period for an additional 12months.
Included benefits of a WMS Group Extension to policy;-
There are a number of benefits to extending/purchasing a WMS policy including parts and labour costs, the option to use franchise repairers subject to a small premium, car hire reimbursement if the repair is in excess of 8 hours labour time (pre-approval required), hotel accommodation, vehicle recovery contributions, the option to transfer the remainder of the policy to a new owner subject to a small premium, up to 60 days of European cover, renewal and no insurance excess to pay irrespective of the claim amount. Our USP is that we guarantee all ratified claim reimbursement within 24 hours meaning that we are trusted by thousands of repairers and policy holders across the UK.
4* cover – applies to cars and light commercial vehicles which are up to 10 years old and have not exceeded 100,000 miles at the inception date.
Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Timing Belts (providing that there is proof that the manufacturers’ replacement recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination), Turbo, Front/Rear Drive System, Brakes, Steering, Cooling System, Propshaft, Fuel system, Front/Rear Suspension, Wheel Bearings, Clutch, Electrical, Casings.
5* cover – suitable for cars and light commercial vehicles which up to 5 years old and have not exceeded 60,000 miles at the inception date. During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions, rather than a list on inclusions.
With WMS policies, we can still take care of all the necessary paperwork and claims, just simply contact us at the workshop and we can explain the procedure in what’s needed to authorise any work.
